Almond Butter Cups

The perfect craving cruncher! This this sweet, salty, and filling with coconut oil as it's main ingredient. Using cacao powder gives a tremendous boost of vitamins, mineral, and antioxidants.

This recipe is:

✔ sugar free ✔ low carb ✔ grain & gluten free

✔ dairy free

✔ soy free

✔ vegan

What you'll need:

6 to 10 tbs Coconut Oil - cold pressed

3 tbs Cacao Powder

3 tbs Almond Butter - unsweetened

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

2 tsp Stevia

Cupcake Liners

--- THAT'S IT! YAY!

Directions:

Melt a bowl of 4 tablespoons of coconut oil in the microwave until it's a liquid. In one bowl add the cacao powder, a pinch of salt, and stevia to taste. There you have your chocolate! Now, in your cupcake liners, pour your chocolate in a thin layer and pop in the freezer for 3 to 5 minutes. It needs to harden before you add your peanut butter layer.

For your almond butter layer, melt two tablespoons of coconut oil in the microwave until liquid. Mix in your almond butter, a little salt, and a little bit of stevia. By now, your chocolate layer should be hardened. Pour on your almond butter layer and pop in freezer for 10 minutes.

Repeat your chocolate layer and freeze for a third time. Top with salt for presentation! Enjoy! And don't feel guilty about eating them all in one sitting!
