Sophie and Annie are 24x24'' oil paintings commissioned for a friend of mine for her redecorated condo in Oxford. These dogs were so fun to paint, soulful eyes and perfect little button noses.

I'm currently reworking a deer painting I did as a gift last year. He's on his way! Who knew that I would be a part-time painter after college. Since 1st grade, I knew I would be an artist. Since jr. high, I knew I would be a graphic designer. After college graduation, I would have laughed at the thought of anyone paying for my paintings. These paintings have become meditative, relaxing, and even spiritual escapes for me.
I can't wait to see where I'll be artistically, even a year from now. I'm still learning new things every day and loving every minute!
