Christmas is on it's way!!! And cold weather is finally hitting Oxford (consistently)! I have had so much response for Black Friday, Shop Small Saturday, and Cyber Monday and wanted to say -- THANK YOU! When you support a small business, you're supporting a dream. I am so blessed to be doing something I love and enjoy every single day! I can love my work, but to have someone else love it too and have the same connection, is the best feeling to me! An artist creates something from within them, a graphic designer creates something within someone else -- and to be able to do both is amazing!
I'll be posting the 3 oil portraits and the 3 vector portraits that are all due before Christmas as soon as I start finishing them! Lots of work to do in just a couple of weeks, but couldn't be happier!! With that being said, I'm no longer able to take Christmas orders for oil or vector portraits. I'm totally booked for 2015, but you can buy a gift card to give to your loved one. I will send you a post card that will have examples of my work so they can get excited and know exactly what they are getting!
Soon, I'll be offering the pictured, 11x11" watercolor pillows!!! Get excited! I'll be creating all of Ole Miss and MSU's sorority letters -- but of course a Phi Mu is a Phi Mu anywhere!
I've changed my manufacturer and have gone with a smaller company who couldn't be sweeter. So my pillows are now a soft, cotton canvas. These pillows are completely organic cotton printed with eco-friendly inks. The cotton is grown, then made, and sewn by hand in the USA. They have a cute envelope closure and can be ordered with or with out the pillow insert. Soooo soft and squishy, making it perfect for napping. Can be washed but recommend dry clean only to preserve the vibrancy of the artwork.
Oh and the smallest change, but might be my favorite thing... I have my own TAG!!
